Our Longview-area facility is a 150 thousand square foot facility, enabling our team to offer flexible and thorough production runs.

Induction furnaces allow precise temperature control. Chemical composition can be controlled using certified AOD ingot as required.
We employ our induction furnaces on small to medium-batch projects where cast precision is paramount.

Southwest Steel employs a number of quality control methods to ensure we’re providing our clients with a final product that adheres to the specifications our clients provide.
Inspection personnel are trained/certified per ASNT SNT-TC-1A certifications for visual examination and magnetic particle inspection.
